Full-stack engineer and engineering leader. 16 years owning entire platform stacks end-to-end — building them, breaking them, leading the teams that keep them running.
The through line has always been making messy, high-stakes systems work reliably.
In 2013, Docker changed how I thought about infrastructure — immutable, portable, self-contained. In 2020, working with web3 wallets showed me what sovereign identity looks like when users actually own their credentials. By 2025, building with AI agents every day, the pattern was obvious: agents need the same thing people do. A stable identity. Portable configuration. Behavioral consistency that doesn't reset every session.
That's what Systimus builds. Praxis is the first product — a behavioral configuration layer for AI agents. Sovereign sleeves that travel with the agent, not the platform.
Building Praxis — behavioral configuration for AI agents. Solo founder, full stack: Rails, AWS, Terraform, MCP protocol.
Sole full-stack engineer on a healthcare patient data platform. Led a full-stack modernization from legacy cron architecture to dependency-graph-based async processing with CI/CD. Data integrity work across Medicare compliance and clinical reporting systems.
Embedded with the core platform team during a major integration, maintaining backend stability for an LMS serving 25,000+ students and faculty. Introduced OpenAPI spec for self-documenting API tests.
Seven years growing from lead engineer to engineering manager. Built and led a 10-person Customer Engineering department. Architected a finance backend processing ~$6M in monthly transactions. Led incident response across production systems.
Self-taught Ruby on Rails during the Web 2.0 era at an Orlando startup incubator. Contributed to multiple products from concept to acquisition. Staff augmentation for enterprise clients.
